Emergency HVAC Service in NYC
Same-day and after-hours HVAC response across New York City — fast diagnostics, documented work, and clear next steps for residential and commercial systems.
HVAC emergencies rarely happen at convenient times. When heat fails, cooling stops, or a system is leaking, you need a team that can respond quickly and troubleshoot correctly. Dezier Air provides emergency HVAC service across NYC with a technician-first approach: we isolate the failure, protect the space, and provide a clear plan — whether that’s an immediate repair, safe stabilization, or a staged solution.
What Counts as an HVAC Emergency?
- No heat / no cooling with vulnerable occupants
- Water leaking from air handler, coil, or mini-split head
- System short-cycling, burning smell, or electrical concerns
- Frozen coils or ice on refrigerant lines
- Gas heating issues, repeated lockouts, or unsafe operation
- Commercial failures impacting operations or tenant comfort
- If water is leaking: place towels/pan and turn the system off
- If you smell burning: shut the system off and avoid resetting repeatedly
- If the coil is frozen: turn cooling off, leave fan on if possible
- If a breaker keeps tripping: stop cycling it — we need to diagnose
